### 2/5 — English words randomly change and support email doesn’t work

*2026-06-19*

This works well for dictation, however, it is frustrating to use the keyboard in English because it keeps on changing words like settings into strings automatically for no reason. I tried emailing Support, but the Email bounced back.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.

I’m sorry for the issue you experienced with the keyboard. I understand how frustrating it can be when English words are changed unexpectedly during dictation. I’m already investigating the keyboard behavior and will work on improving transcription stability and word correction in future updates.

Regarding the support email, thank you for letting me know. I’ll check and fix the email issue as soon as possible.

If you can, please share your iPhone/iPad model, iOS version, and the transcription model you were using so I can investigate this more accurately.

### 4/5 — Some feature suggestions

*2026-06-26*

VoiceScribe has rich features, but there's still room for improvement. Here are some feature suggestions:

1. The AI chat should be able to encompass all notes. Currently, the AI chat can only search within the content of a single note and does not include all note content such as audio, video, and documents recorded in VoiceScribe. Both types of conversation should be supported.

2. The recording feature should support sounds played from other apps on the phone. For example, when audio is being played on a short video platform, VoiceScribe should be able to record at the same time on the same device.

3. The language for summaries should be customizable.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback!

A few of these workflows are already supported in VoiceScribe today. For example, users can transcribe audio from videos and other media through the VoiceScribe Keyboard, and recordings can be summarized, translated, converted into AI notes, flashcards, quizzes, key points, and exported in multiple formats.

I do agree that expanding AI search and chat across a user’s entire knowledge base—not just a single note—is an interesting direction for future versions.

### 5/5 — Magnificent!

Love the ability to summarize YouTube videos, ask the AI questions based on the teachings of the video, and use flashcards to study them further.
