### 1/5 — BE CAREFUL WITH FREE TRIAL- WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DENY YOUR REFUND. APPLE WONT DO ANYTHING.

I canceled my free trial two days before it was supposed to end, yet the app canceled my access immediately and still charged me for the subscription. I only used the app on day one of the free trial and did not use the paid service at all.

I requested a refund and was only given a partial refund, even though I canceled before the trial period ended. I then disputed the remaining charge, but my dispute was denied.

I do not believe this charge is valid. I canceled within the free-trial period, immediately lost access to the service, and did not receive or use the subscription I was charged for. I am requesting that the remaining amount be refunded in full. I had to call Apple support. They even refused it with Apple support  so I’ll considered the $5 as paying me a honest review from me.

Now they don’t offer the lifetime membership so by refusing to help they don’t have to honor the lifetime purchase. Not able to access previous meeting notes or audio for the last six months.  I have been trying for two months to resolve and no response but a refund.  Totally unacceptable
