It just errors out. Seek a different solution. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-09-16* Stay away. This is a scam. ### 1/5 — Faulty product *2026-09-15* The app was only capable of recording the meeting. It could not transcribe the recording into notes which is the only purpose for the app. The app also kept throwing errors that there was no network connection when the phone had WiFi and cellular data connection. ### 1/5 — Transcription unavailable *2026-09-08* First time I tried the app it was excellent. Second time was a huge failure. Always getting an error message saying transcription is unavailable. How long do we have to wait for this to be fixed. I’ll give it another week. No response to my email support request and I’ll ask for a refund. ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel *2026-08-30* I used this once to transcribe notes for a meeting. The notes were never transcribed. It is impossible to cancel the subscription from the app. It just gives options to upgrade. Total scam. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-30* Like the Hotel California - you can check out any time you want, but they won’t let you leave. Don’t enter. ### 1/5 — Fake App *2026-08-26* This app is not what it says it is. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-08-25* Important meeting was recorded never able to export never able to do anything with this app ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-08-20* Tried three times, with no success. It caused me problems as those meetings were important and I needed to have the notes after them. ### 1/5 — WORST AI TOOL EVER!! *2026-08-17* This is the worst AI tool I’ve ever used. You cannot export the audio, all AI features are just FAKE! It kept saying you have internet problems but the truth is the app itself is trash, it’s not able to generate transcript or summarize at all. Even the AI chatbot is not intelligent at all. ## Frequently asked questions about AI Note Taker . ### What is FathomAI?
