## What is 미팅노트?

녹음 버튼 하나로 회의 내용이 텍스트로 남습니다.

미팅노트는 녹음부터 기록, 화자분리, 요약까지 회의 하나의 흐름을 한 앱에서 처리합니다.

[녹음]
녹음 화면은 경과 시간과 실시간 음량 레벨을 보여줍니다. 녹음을 시작하면 참석자에게 녹음 사실을 알리라는 안내 문구가 함께 뜹니다. 이미 녹음해둔 오디오 파일도 불러와 처리할 수 있습니다. 노트마다 오디오 플레이어가 있어 녹음을 다시 들을 수 있습니다.

[기록과 화자분리]
업로드한 녹음을 텍스트로 기록하고 화자를 구분합니다. 결과는 참석자 1, 참석자 2처럼 화자별 아바타와 이름표, 타임스탬프를 붙여 한 줄씩 정리합니다. 기록 화면에는 검색창이 있어 특정 발언을 바로 찾을 수 있습니다. 처리 상태는 업로드 중, 기록·화자분리 중, 요약 정리 중, 완료로 단계별로 표시되고, 실패한 항목은 노트 재생성으로 다시 처리할 수 있습니다.

[요약과 Follow-up]
기록이 끝나면 AI가 요약을 만듭니다. 요약은 핵심 요약, 회의 목적, 결정 사항, 주요 논의 사항, 검토 사항, Follow-up 6개 섹션으로 고정 정리되고, 제목과 키워드도 함께 생성됩니다. 녹음이 끝나면 요약까지 자동으로 이어가도록 설정에서 켤 수 있습니다. 녹음, 녹음목록, 노트, 설정 네 개 탭으로 구성되어 있어 진행 중인 회의와 지난 기록을 오가기 쉽습니다.

[팀으로 쓰기]
회의록은 스페이스 단위로 묶어 관리합니다. 초대 코드로 팀원을 스페이스에 초대할 수 있고, 초대된 팀원은 회의록을 열람만 할 수 있습니다.

[크레딧]
가입하면 무료 크레딧을 드립니다. 크레딧은 분석한 녹음 길이만큼 차감되고, 모자라면 설정 탭의 크레딧 충전에서 채웁니다. 1시간, 5시간, 10시간, 30시간 네 가지이며 쓴 만큼 사라지는 소비성 상품입니다. 자동 갱신도, 정기 결제도 없습니다.

따로 등록할 AI 키는 없습니다. 서버에서 처리하는 기록·화자분리·요약은 비용을 크레딧으로 정산합니다.

[기기에서 처리하기]
설정에서 온디바이스 처리를 켜면 기록과 요약을 기기 안에서 만듭니다. 기기용 모델을 내려받고 원본 오디오 업로드 건너뛰기를 켜면 동작합니다. 오디오가 서버로 가지 않고, 그만큼 크레딧도 쓰지 않습니다. 처리 시간은 기기 성능에 따라 달라집니다.

미팅노트 사용에는 로그인이 필요합니다. 온디바이스 처리를 켜지 않으면 앱은 녹음한 오디오를 미팅노트 서버에 업로드하고, 서버가 기록·화자분리 엔진과 요약 AI로 순서대로 전달해 처리합니다. 무엇이 어디로 전달되는지는 설정의 AI 전송 고지에서 확인할 수 있고, 동의는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
