## What is AI PDF Translate?

Translating a PDF used to mean copying text into a browser tab, losing all formatting in the process, then manually fixing terms the translator got wrong. This app handles the whole document at once —  keeping the layout as close to the original as possible — so what you get back is actually readable.

  TRANSLATION ENGINES
  Free users get Google Translate and Bing. Paid plans unlock GPT-4o, Gemini 2.5 Flash, DeepSeek, and Doubao. For academic papers and technical documentation, DeepSeek and GPT-4o handle domain-specific  terminology more accurately. For quick turnarounds on everyday documents, Google is plenty. You choose the engine; you're not locked into one.

  BILINGUAL MODE
  When turned on, the original text and translation appear on alternating pages in the same file. Useful for cross-referencing the source, or for anyone studying a foreign language alongside a translation.

  BACKGROUND PROCESSING
  Translation runs on the server. Once you submit a file, you can close the app and do something else. You'll get a push notification when it's ready to download — no need to keep the screen on or wait around.

  WHAT IT HANDLES
  Academic papers, patent filings, technical manuals, financial reports, legal contracts — if it's a PDF, you can submit it for translation.

  PLANS
