I tried previous workout apps in the past and they were too complicated or didn’t fit my needs. EVEX has been a pleasant surprise. I can simply type what I want to train in the chat, like “give me a 45 minute chest workout” and it generates me a workout I can immediately hop into. It remembers all my weights and sets and I can track my progress overtime. Highly recommend anyone looking to make gains in the gym.
