A simpler, lighter app.

- The app now opens in light mode. Dark mode is still one tap away in the menu.
- Buying consults no longer requires an account. Tap a pack and go.
- Your consult balance is now visible in the chat header, the menu and your profile, and topping up is one tap from any of them.
- Removed an extra setup screen so you get to your first question faster.
- PDF prescriptions, labels and lab results are now read correctly.
- Added Restore Purchases for moving a previous purchase to a new device.
- Signing in restores your plan straight away, and sessions survive a weak connection.
