Somewhere along the lines it got changed and I started getting charged $35 month. Not sure when it changed and how long I was charged the higher price. Tried to manage subscription and it showed the old price, but every time I tried going back to it, it would lock up. Deleted the app completely…in the App Store it still shows different subscription plans so downloaded it again…but NOPE $35 mo is the only subscription. Emailed support. No answer. So…basically now a scam app that advertises one thing, charges something different and doesn’t respond to support requests. ### 1/5 — Didn’t like the delivery opt *2026-05-29, version 1.7.4* It’s a nice app but when I listen to the part of the delivery saying I’m not available but leave my package to the front desk and not front door made me delete it. It’s as if they knew I live in a hotel freaked me out so I deleted it. Try support and of course it’s AI. All of the suggested steps on the IPhone set up were already done correctly. Wait forever for an actual human agent and they were less help than the AI. I can’t get my voice mail turned back on. I’m missing business now. I’m losing customers. If I can’t pick up I’m screwed. I reached out to customer service over a day ago with no response.
