When I create an image, it goes to the history tab. Cannot open the image from there. Only option is “delete.” Two older thumbnails, I can open and save. The remaining ones I cannot. Have reported to help desk twice, but no response. I have a paid version.  Just uploaded the update. No change.

Ich habe ein Jahresabonnement mit Rabatt gekauft. Ich habe maximal 20 Fotos und ein Video erstellt, und es sind nur noch 109 Credits übrig. Die Credits springen ständig von 109 auf 144 und wieder zurück. Außerdem tritt sehr oft der Fehler 422 auf. Wenn ich ihm sage, ein Foto zu ändern, erstellt er dasselbe Foto erneut, obwohl vor dem Abonnement alles normal funktioniert hat. Außerdem sollten es meines Wissens nach 400 Credits sein. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das so ist.

I asked it to make me a cat temple and it put dogs in it and charge me my five credits that I got for free and then tries to get me to buy a subscription and also asked it to write it twice within the first two minutes of using it after it messed up my photo so it’s getting a one star

I’m not even being sarcastic. They literally use this app to go after children. If this pops up on my ad blocker again I’m just gonna keep telling the truth. You know exactly what you’re doing. This is pathetic. I hope to God your children don’t go through the same thing that you allow happen on this app.

Total waste of money and scam. Advertised for $0.77 per day and charged full annual subscription and didn’t even refund. It’s a useless app and nothing thay chatgpt cannot do if there was 0 stars i’d give it.
