First of all the pictures you upload are not accurately depicted in the AI that follows . Looks like a different person - nothing like the advertisement. Secondly, I accidentally clicked for a year of a purchase thinking I had a trial to at least try the app and see if it works for me not only did it not work for me but after using it for less than an hour and realising this and promptly requesting a refund (£39.99) the app developers refused twice to give me a refund. Said I was not eligible. What kind of service is this? It’s a pure scam they get you to sign up there is no trial it doesn’t work as it’s advertise and then they refuse to give you a refund for an entire year. Didn’t use all of my coins, in December the remaining vanished. I attempted to email but couldn’t due to an error with the app. Come January February there were 50 coins available. Couldn’t get a hold of support so I assume the 50 coins replenish monthly. Now in midMarch, coins have not replenished. Emailed support twice with confirmation. Haven’t heard from them.
