That I understood, I had a lot of pix and this was the first time so that didn’t bother me. Next, I left the app to run in the background and when I went back it had stopped running and you had to start the scan over from the beginning. Then I did the similar photo scan and it took hours to complete and it looked like it did a pretty good job of identifying similar photos but when I hit the remove button nothing happened. Finally, and this was the kiss of death for me and I’ll never give this company another chance, when I cancelled it came back and gave me a substantially reduced offer if I wouldn’t complete the cancellation. Either give me your best price up front or stay out of my life!!! ### 1/5 — Your a scam *2024-02-18* You are terrible deleting pictures I need for legal reasons I got to delete you hopefully you haven’t done to much damage **Developer response:** Our application cannot cause you damage for two reasons: 1) you yourself confirm which photos need to be deleted 2) all actions are reversible; if you accidentally deleted the necessary photos, they can be restored from the trash (the "Recently Deleted" folder). ### 1/5 — So did we all come from safari?😭 *2024-02-16* This shi don’t work ### 1/5 — Email *2024-02-04* Very hard to contact to stop service. **Developer response:** Canceling a subscription is a standard procedure carried out in the settings. During this period, you can use the application completely free of charge, after the trial period ends, if you do not like the application, you can disable your subscription and delete the application.
