Not work at all.

I have to give this one star because it doesn’t work. When I upload a photo it immediately fails and then it says to check history for the results, but that also fails.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We have thousands of successful photo optimizations. Bit still sometimes something can go wrong. What type of photo are you using? Have you tried using  a standard JPEG or PNG file format ?
Since you are using the free version, you might also want to try and upgrade to the pro version.
