I went ahead and updated my review however, I’ve had issues with their support team. I’ve had to ask them numerous times to delete my information and my account and they’ve asked me to confirm this at least 3 times! Not to mention, with all the asks for confirmation, they went ahead and charged me again despite my efforts to delete the account. This has been frustrating. Why? Upon researching the costs associated with integrating LLMs into an app, it is clear that the costs associated with that are extremely high. As a developer, I’ve leaned, albeit slowly, that the better the inputs the better the outputs. That applies to me as well. This app is better than most in this category.
