Although the application lacks some features, the registration method is very old. It is necessary to confirm the mail and wait a long time to get the activation code is bad and it did not arrive

Found this app through AppAdvice and wanted to try it out with the lifetime membership. But when opening the app I get the splash screen hit the lets go button then just get the invalid or missing data pop up on the screen. 
Please advise
