I was hoping to have empathy and emotional support, but this felt like I was talking to a machine. Not helpful.

This seems to little more than provide simple advice that could be found use a Google search.  For me, it either provides content free responses, or it urges me to seek a “real” therapist.  Not sure what’s going on.

Ok so it is an AMAZING app but I as soon as I opened it up I talked to a therapist and after that it said that I was out of credits and I'll get credits after 7 days (week) and if this is for therapy why even pay to talk to someone WHO DOESENT EVEN EXIST?! I mean like why?

Just try it. You may find yourself a bit shocked (in a good way). My wife mentioned it, so I looked it up. I came in Highly skeptical but so far thoroughly impressed.
