## What is AI Reco?

AIRec — Smart AI Meeting Recorder

Turn every conversation into actionable insights. AIRec records your meetings, lectures, interviews, and brainstorming sessions, then uses AI to transcribe and summarize them automatically.

HOW IT WORKS
Tap to record. When you stop, AIRec transcribes your audio and generates a structured summary with a title, key points, action items, participants, tags, and category — all in seconds.

THREE TRANSCRIPTION ENGINES
Choose the mode that fits your needs:

• Live STT — Real-time transcription using on-device speech recognition. See words appear as you speak. Fully private, no data leaves your device.

• Whisper — Industry-leading accuracy powered by OpenAI's Whisper model running entirely on your device. Works offline, no internet required.

• Gemini Cloud — Google's Gemini 2.0 Flash processes your audio for the highest accuracy. Transcription and AI summarization happen in a single step.

SMART AI SUMMARIES
Every recording is enriched with:

Auto-generated title
Concise summary
Key discussion points and action items
Participant detection
Smart tags and category
Full searchable transcript
Re-analyze any note at any time to get fresh insights.

ORGANIZE & SEARCH
Find any note instantly with full-text search across titles, summaries, and transcripts. Filter by starred notes or tags. Star important recordings for quick access.

EXPORT & SHARE
Share your meeting notes as professionally formatted PDFs, copy the transcript, or share directly to any app. Keep your team aligned without manual note-taking.

CLOUD SYNC
Sign in with Apple, Google, or email to sync your notes across devices. Your notes are always backed up and available wherever you are.

PRIVACY FIRST
AIRec is a session-based recorder — it only records when you explicitly tap the record button. There is no background listening, no ambient recording, and no always-on microphone. You are always in control.

On-device transcription modes (Live STT and Whisper) process audio entirely on your device. Your recordings never leave your phone unless you choose Gemini Cloud mode or enable cloud sync.

20 LANGUAGES SUPPORTED
English, Japanese, French, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

FLEXIBLE PLANS
• Free — Get started with essential recording and transcription
• Basic — Extended recording time, cloud sync, more summaries
• Pro — Unlimited everything, priority processing, all features

Perfect for professionals, students, journalists, researchers, and anyone who wants to capture and recall conversations effortlessly.
