Requested a refund. ### 1/5 — Terrible App - doesn’t work *2024-08-11* It doesn’t work. Keeps asking you to subscribe. And when you do it still doesn’t work. So you cancel. It charges you for the week when you can’t even use it. And when you try to use it since you’ve already paid for it, it tries to force you to subscribe for yet another month or week. I canceled it but I’m still paying for the first week. Every time I try to do anything it pops up that I need to subscribe but then when I click on it, it says I already did. But then it goes back to the first screen. I was only able to upload a pic. You want customers to pay from the jump. Without allowing us to try it out. The first step is to download the app, the second step is to upload a picture of your home, and the third step is to pay for the app without allowing us to use it. In order to have an actual idea of how it would look. This is false advertisement. Because you make customers think they can use the app before they pay. When they have to pay from the jump before they use it. Just make it a purchased app from the beginning.
