Thank you for your patience and support! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not Purchase *2026-08-13* After friending $40 for the “annual membership”, you will discover you cannot scan without buying a “per scan plan” that allots you small amounts of scans, (IMO). If I’m spending $40, should I not be able to use the app? Basically , It’s a $40 download fee that gives you NOTHING without the purchase of more “scans”. A total waste of $40. Just buy an AI membership with another major company, Grok, Open AI, Claude or CHATGPT. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy this *2026-08-11* When I purchased this app, the purchase said “7 day free trial”. Apparently, they no longer offer that. I cancelled the day I purchased the app because it wasn’t accurate, and it’s very expensive. Unbeknownst to me, the cancellation never went through. Total nightmare dealing with Apple and the developer . Never got my refund. No recourse for the consumer . Lousy customer service from Apple. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE! *2026-08-01* I DO NOT recommend using this app, I needed to scan one thing, it ended up not finding what it was, I cancelled the subscription SAME DAY. My hand was swollen 24 hours later, I had to use a pen and draw a circle around it to track that it didn’t get bigger. I took a pic today - 3 days post incident and it’s still red and raised but the app said I had an ingrown hair. 😒 ### 1/5 — Charged for annual plan when it was cancelled during free trial. *2026-07-07* I was charged by this app for the annual plan when it was cancelled the same day it was downloaded and was in the free trial window. This is listed on the paywall. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother getting *2026-07-04* Was trying the app to see if I liked it or not, but it requires you to either pay for it or go with the 3- day trial. I literally just got this app and was billed $23.98 as soon as I started the so called “3- day free trial”. Total rip off **Developer response:** Hello!
