Hard to Cancel
I sent an email the day I signed up to cancel after free trial period…They still charged me!!! I just sent another email to their customer support asking for a refund…I hope they cancel, and refund me this time
Predatory App
Need a subscription to do anything. You take a photo of something you’re concerned about, and they hide the results (wildly inaccurate) behind a paywall. But what can you just make out behind those blurred results? massive red lettering saying “high concern” regardless of photo to scare you into spending money. Do not waste your time. May the creator of this app rot

Never knew exactly what was on my patch of skin that I have had since I was born, now I know.
Not accurate AT ALL
I was just diagnosed with skin cancer and still have a follow up to do a full body scan. I’ve been a bit anxious and thought this would help put my mind at ease a little… however, when I scanned my cancer spots it did not recognize it as cancer and instead said: “After examining your skin, I can confirm that you have Comedone closed. It's a common and non-dangerous condition. With the right treatment, you should see improvement within 1-2 weeks.”
With that being said, this app is unreliable and dangerous. See a dermatologist in person. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP.
