I don’t know what’s going on. I tried to record new vocals and now it rendered the other three vvocals that I had on there unusable so I ended up deleting all three try to re-record another one but it’s taking forever so I don’t know what to do anymore. I tried troubleshooting. I didn’t messaged you guys in the app and still no response. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I’m gonna have to file for a refund.

I purchase a subscription in September 2025… installed it but could never use it… so on more then 20 occasions I contacted their useless customer service… they never responded so I tried to contact the developers… same… they never helped either, so after 10 months I haven’t been able to use the app at all.
They took my $79, never helped and just ignored me… don’t buy from these people. There are other apps out there and developers who look after their customers… try Songer, they look after their customers. Very unhappy.

We'd like to get to the bottom of it now: please open Settings in the app, copy your User ID and send it to info@twowise.co with "10 months / no response" in the subject line. We'll pick it up directly and find out both what's blocking the app on your device and why your earlier messages never reached us.
