I am a lifetime user of AI Song, and I am writing to request clarification regarding my rights as a creator when using your platform. I write my own original lyrics and use AI Song to help generate music, so it is important to me that I fully understand how my intellectual property is handled. After reviewing the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, I have a few questions: Your Terms state that I retain all ownership rights to content I create or upload. Can you confirm that I remain the sole copyright owner of my original lyrics and any copyrightable elements that belong to me? Section 5 states that I grant AI Song a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute my content to operate and promote the App. Could you please clarify: • Is this license limited only to operating and promoting AI Song? • Is the license revocable if I delete my account? • Does the license automatically end if I stop using the service? If I delete my account, will all of my uploaded lyrics, generated songs, prompts, and other content be permanently removed from your servers? If not, what information is retained and for how long? Are any of my uploaded lyrics, prompts, or generated songs used to train your AI models or any third-party AI systems? If so, can I opt out? Do you share any of my creative works, prompts, lyrics, or generated songs with third parties other than service providers necessary to operate the app? If my songs are used to promote AI Song, how are they selected? Will I be notified or asked for permission before my work is featured in advertising or promotional materials? If I commercially release a song that I created using my own original lyrics with AI Song, am I free to do so without any additional licenses, royalties, attribution requirements, or restrictions from AI Song? Is there a way to revoke the promotional license for specific songs while continuing to use the app?
