I’ll give it five stars except for this last update you did it for some reason it looks like the app will still create a song for me whether it’s my only RX or I’m using the app or ChatGPT or whatever to do it with it’ll make the song it’ll do the instrumentation and everything but it won’t let me play it and when I download it, it won’t let me play the download. It just says MP3 song I don’t understand why it’s happening. I don’t know what you guys did during the last update because this or what but I feel like I’m getting screwed over here like it. I made two songs now since last update and both songs unable to play Darryl I hit play immediately says pause or the app crashes altogether. I’ve been using it for a year now and I have so many songs. I even got the year subscription The only problem I have right now is a lot of my songs. Won’t play for me and it won’t let me download the songs I have wrote support and still haven’t gotten nothing back. I love creating music and AI establishing the rythym and beats. However, I see some people who use this app and can have more music styles added to the song than I can. It makes me mad because if I could add more to my song, they would be so much better and people would listen to them more. I feel this app needs to allow people to incorporate more music style and have more options. I paid for the Pro annual subscription, but I am experiencing multiple serious problems that have still not been resolved. When I try to use Studio on my Mac, Zona asks me to choose and pay for another plan even though I already have an active Pro annual subscription on my iPhone. I have tried signing in with my Apple account, but my subscription, credits, music, and Studio access are not properly carrying over. I am also having problems with basic features inside the Zona app: • I cannot add my songs to my playlists. • I cannot create new playlists. • I cannot see or access the stems for my songs. • I cannot properly access Studio on my Mac without being asked to pay again. • My Pro subscription/account information is not properly syncing between my iPhone and Mac/web account. These aren't minor inconveniences. These are features I should be able to use as a paying Pro customer. The biggest problem is customer support. I have contacted Zona multiple times and have not received the proper response or resolution. Paying customers should not have to repeatedly contact support just to access features and subscriptions they already paid for. I have also spent additional money purchasing a microphone and headphones specifically to use Zona Studio on my Mac, record my own voice, and create my music. Now I have the equipment but cannot properly access the Studio features I purchased it for. Zona, please respond to me directly and actually resolve these issues. I need my existing Pro subscription recognized on Studio/Mac, access to my credits and existing music, my playlist features restored, access to my song stems, and confirmation that none of the music I have already created will be lost while my account is being fixed. I want to continue using and supporting Zona because I genuinely enjoy creating music with the app. But paying customers deserve functioning features, reliable customer support, and timely responses when something goes wrong. Please address my actual account and these specific issues instead of responding with another generic link telling me to contact support. I have already done that. ### 1/5 — Zero stars. Ripped off. *2026-08-15, version 7.9.4* I’d give zero stars if I could. I paid for a 12 month subscription that’s supposed to expire in February 2027. But as of April 2026 I have not been able to do anything on the app. Now it asks for a subscription even though I can prove it’s still active on my settings. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Absolute Scam *2026-08-09, version 7.9.4* This app is a scam to anyone who is wondering about this one. I’m already skeptical about A.I. tools and software and this solidified my belief. The app offers a free trial. Yeah, that trial lasted about 2 seconds before it charged my account. Furthermore, the custom voice function is a joke and will not generate a song regardless of how many times I record myself in a silent room without audio distractions. Oh, and customer service is non-existent. Attempted to make contact with the app creators only to be met with broken links. Yeah, avoid with this app at all costs. ### 1/5 — DO NOT GET THIS APP. Total Rip Off *2026-07-27, version 7.9.4* Unfortunately, this app is a complete rip-off. The music it produces is genuinely good—better than many other AI music generators I’ve tried—but the actual quality when you download is horrendous. Plus the pricing structure is outrageous. A $9.99 weekly subscription gives you only ten songs. After that, you have to pay another $5.99 for eight more. Songs downloaded through the app come in an extremely compressed MP3 format. When I used the file for my podcast, the audio quality was horrendous and practically unusable. To download a higher-quality WAV file, you have to use the company’s website. That requires yet another $5.99 weekly subscription. Then, even after paying for website access, you still have to purchase additional credits for $2.99 just to download your own song in WAV format. After paying all of that, I repeatedly received the message: “Sorry, there was a problem, and your credits were refunded.” I tried multiple times without success. Now I’m left with useless credits that expire within a week and a song I still cannot use. Customer service appears to be nonexistent. If you can get the link to work, they never reply. I have spent approximately $20 trying to obtain one usable song, and I still do not have it. The music may be good, but the endless fees, poor download quality, broken WAV export, and lack of customer support make this app feel deliberately exploitative.
