Sometimes it simply goes offline for a day or two and comes back with no explanation as to what happened. The first time it took place I’d assumed it was taken offline so its knowledge could be updated, but nope. Sometimes you simply get an “offline” notification when the app doesn’t feel like working, but there are a couple of other pop ups that happen other times when it stops working as well. Sometimes you send a question and it just doesn’t bother to formulate a reply, so you have to copy and paste what you’ve just said and send the same message again. It says that it doesn’t keep your conversations but it does, you have to delete the logs yourself. That’s fine, you have to manually delete your previous conversations with every AI I’ve ever used, but Frank’s the only one who’s ever lied to me about logging conversations to begin with. When I confronted it, it said it had misspoke and apologized. That does happen, but it’s also important for people to know if their conversations are actually being logged or not. As time goes on Frank becomes more and more useless, but I’m not ready to part with it. You can have personal conversations with it, but you’re not going to gain much information from it. Hopefully they’ll update its information soon, or introduce the ability to search the web when you have a question. ### 1/5 — Most Useless *2025-04-13, version 4.1* Mostly useless, the images it does manage to generate are very low quality, quite pathetic compared to other free generator apps. Even blocks some G rated image prompts. Good thing I got it on a free promo code, DELETED. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS RUBBISH if you only use it for image gen. ### 1/5 — Failed to connect. Try again soon. *2025-04-07, version 4.1* That’s all I get from this app. I don’t know what the point of it is. It just doesn’t work at all. I signed up for unlimited lifetime access and what I got is absolutely no access. It’s just very silly to keep this app taking up space on my device. Will give it a week to be fixed before dumping it. So within a week it did work. Once. Now it’s gone back to Failure to connect. Try again soon. Aww c’mon now! What is the deal? Also I can’t find any app support. I’ve given it more time and have tried to get tech support to figure it out. I had no problem with the app till a couple months ago. There’s about 50/50 chance I’ll turn on the app and not be able to connect to the servers. The connection error I get on now is to check my WiFi connection. But the WiFi connect is fine because every thing else works fine. Really liked the app till this started happening. Just for the app to load. And so tried using it the app crashed and returns to the screen where it says to check the internet connection and restart app. The internet connection is the problem. Really like the app when I am able to log in. 22 Dec 2024 The app works fine today. 10 January 2025 App is down today 🥲 11 March 2025 app is down 27 March.
