Turns "too much" into steps small enough to start, with three cats who wait for you. Built for ADHD brains. Works for anyone who freezes at the start. Say what you're stuck on, out loud or typed. Task Assistant's AI coach breaks it into small steps with honest time estimates, a first step you can do in two minutes, and a plan that's saved so you can come back anytime. TOO MUCH? WE SHRINK IT. "Clean my whole apartment" becomes five small steps with real time estimates and a projected finish time. Big lifelong goals get honest treatment: a first session, not a fake 20-minute miracle. NEVER FOCUS ALONE Start a "Do it with me" session and your cats sit with you while a wall-clock timer counts down (it keeps perfect time even if you switch apps). A Live Activity keeps the countdown on your Lock Screen. NO STREAKS. NO SHAME. Miss a day? Nothing resets. Ever. Your cats just wait, and greet you warmly when you come back. Task Assistant counts the days you showed up, and that number only goes up. SHOW UP. WATCH IT GROW. Three cats live in your app: one on the cat tree, one in a bed, one on the rug. Finish real steps and their room fills in, from bare floor to a rug and a bed, then the tree, then the lamp comes on. Tap a cat and it answers with its own meow and purr. Coins from every step buy new colours for their furniture and new rooms. A COACH THAT MATCHES YOUR BRAIN Choose your coach intensity, from a single gentle nudge to more frequent check-ins. Plans are now listed in a clearer order. ### 1.3.3 — 2026-10-06 Bug fixes and performance improvements. ### 1.3.2 — 2026-09-27 Small fixes and polish. When you finish the steps in your plan, Focable may ask once for a quick App Store rating. Ratings help other people who get stuck at the start find the app. ### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-15 Tap a cat and it meows, then purrs. The tap was not registering before, so this is the first time you will hear them. Your cats also work with VoiceOver now. ### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-14 Your companion is three cats in a room, and they are properly drawn animations now. One stretches out on the cat tree and holds the pose for a minute at a time, still breathing. One plays in a bed on the floor. One sits on the rug. Tap a cat and only that cat answers, with its own meow and its own purr: low and slow from the big one, quick and high from the small one. It plays over your music without pausing it, and there is an off switch in Settings. The app now takes its colours from the room they live in, so the room you pick changes every screen, not just the companion. The room fills in as you show up: bare floor, then a rug and a bed, then the cat tree, then the lamp comes on. In Customize, your five colours dress the tree, the bed and the rug, and there are rooms to spend coins on: Morning, Overcast and Night. ## Apps similar to AI Task Assistant & Planner | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Activity Scheduler: FocusFlow](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/activity-scheduler-focusflow/id6785892937) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Rockie: ADHD Planner Organiser](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/rockie-adhd-planner-organiser/id6793524019) | — | Free | Productivity | | [OK Planner: ADHD Timeline](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ok-planner-adhd-timeline/id6810147505) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Diadu - ADHD Friendly Calendar](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/diadu-adhd-friendly-calendar/id6785257296) | 5.0 (3) | Free | Productivity | | [Sidekick: ADHD Focus Companion](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/sidekick-adhd-focus-companion/id6758194925) | — | Free | Productivity | | [CalmCatch: ADHD Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/calmcatch-adhd-planner/id6783648659) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Productivity | ## More apps by Yiriba LLC - [LogiCI](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/logici/id6767947946) - [Clara: AI Photo Enhancer](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/clara-ai-photo-enhancer/id6779686443) - [Lineup: AI Hair & Beard Try On](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/lineup-ai-hair-and-beard-try-on/id6794641262) - [PlantRx: AI Plant Doctor](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/plantrx-ai-plant-doctor/id6801887024) All apps by Yiriba LLC: https://appshunter.io/developer/1896523935 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
