I think the only things that are missing is the ability to enlarge the text in the window. Even with glasses, I still have to squint reading smaller print on screens. Then there's the ability to go back and play certain sections of the text once it has been converted to an audio file. For instance, if I click the cursor at the begining of a paragraph then press play, the audio should start playing at that mark.
