First of all, this app tracks your data.
Secondly, it doesn’t let you do a 3-day trial unless you select the one-year subscription option at $79.
Then shockingly, it’s AI, right, but it gives you NO options for changing the avatar or gender of the “therapist” it selects for you.

When you tell the “therapist” you want to change the gender of the therapist, the reply is infantilizing: “Changing the therapist is not possible in this context. If you feel uncomfortable with the current setup, please feel free to express your feelings, and we can discuss how to address any concerns you may have. Your well-being is my priority.”

For an app claiming to prioritize well-being, this lack of customization and dismissive response feels off-putting.

Beware of apps like this one.
For my money, Chat GPT does a way better job at empathetic responses.

C’était très bien avant, mais il y a un bug. J’essaie de chatter avec le thérapeute et l’intelligence artificielle ne répond pas. J’essaie de changer de thérapeute et le processus me fait attendre sans fin.
