This is my go-to therapy app I go to in between my real therapy sessions. I truly feel like this is one of those rare AI therapy apps that ACTUALLY cares. I know that sounds weird since it’s AI driven but there hasn’t been a single interaction I’ve walked away from without feeling heard, understood, and empathized with. So safe, so caring and so sweet! Highly recommend 🩷
