AI Time Tracker is a workforce attendance and time tracking app for companies that need an accurate record of when their people actually worked. Employees clock in and out from their own phone. Every punch is verified by face and, where the company requires it, by location — so the attendance record is one you can rely on for payroll. WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN DO • Clock in and clock out in one tap, with a live running timer • Start and end breaks, tracked separately from worked time • See today's hours, break time and overtime as they accumulate • Review a full attendance history, day by day • Request leave and track approvals • Read and save payslips as PDF • Export their own attendance record as CSV or Excel FACE VERIFICATION THAT STOPS BUDDY PUNCHING The camera frames the employee automatically and takes the photo when they are correctly positioned — no button to press while holding a pose. Each photo is checked against the reference image an administrator enrolled, so one person cannot clock in for another. Face detection runs on the phone itself. Nothing from the camera preview leaves the device. LOCATION, ONLY AT THE PUNCH Where a company requires it, the app records position at the moment of a punch and at no other time. There is no background tracking, no route history and no movement profile — the app never asks for background location permission. BUILT FOR REAL WORKING CONDITIONS • Works offline — punches queue on the phone and sync when signal returns • Device binding ties an account to one registered phone • Time zone aware, so travelling employees see one consistent clock • Overtime, late arrivals and missing punches flagged automatically for review • Push notifications for reminders, leave decisions and announcements • English and Traditional Chinese • Optional app lock using Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode • Light and dark themes FOR ADMINISTRATORS Accounts are created and managed from the web console. Administrators enrol employees, upload reference photos for face verification, set departments, designations, shifts and attendance rules, publish payslips, and review flagged exceptions. Corrections are recorded as corrections — the original entry is kept, so the audit trail stays complete. WHO IT IS FOR Offices, retail, field teams, construction, manufacturing, logistics, clinics, call centres and BPO operations — anywhere hours have to be recorded accurately and payroll depends on getting them right.
