When I select a video it never stop loading or rendering…it just loads all day and never makes its completion for the video 👎👎👎

**Developer response:** Hi Dre2k24,

I'm very sorry that the app wasn't working when you tried to use it.

We had some problems with an external provider that prevented any videos from completing for a period of about 12 hours.

If you try using the app again it will work now, and I've reset your quota so the failed videos don't count against it.
