AI Trail is a dark-comedy management roguelite in the spirit of classic educational trail games. Every run is a doomed-or-glorious startup journey.

Plan each sprint: ship fast, ship right, fix bugs, hire, market, harden security. Pick two, live with both.

Survive 60+ satirical events torn from real AI-industry absurdity: sycophantic models, hallucinated refund policies, benchmark mirages, and the intern with prod access.

Watch your train limp across the Trough of Disillusionment. The smoke color knows how your codebase feels.

Die with dignity. Every failed run gets a procedurally assembled epitaph and a permanent grave on your home screen. Share your postmortem.

Launch, if you can. Most founders do not.

Runs take 10 to 15 minutes. Deaths take considerably less.
