As a PT who is just getting started in the business, I have been  searching for a tool to make it easier for me to program workout for my clients based on various factors. I have a tried a few and they didn’t work out. i found this app and thought i would give it a shot. Well having used it for a
month or so, this app has really helped me customize programs for each of clients. the onboarding am set up is very easy, there are three difference ways to set your profile up, simple to more detail (which you have to
input more specific data) and the set up gives you many options to set up your training methods, equipment etc
clown set up is a breeze and you select from various factors depending on your client. And I like how it prompts you to really think about each client. after that it compiles workout routine based on your input. of course you can alter it. it track the workout and you can add notes to it. so
long google sheet. i feel this tool will enhance my client’s workout and will help good for my business
