In the past six months -unreliable at best The language translation weight be French, Spanish or Chinese!! Never know until you see the transcript. Sent multiple emails to tech support . The new version turned off this function!! A one hour mtg on 7/23 had a one paragraph timestamp transcript -- WHAT?? I am requesting a refund! I mainly use it to transcribe meetings and product consolidated notes and actions. I wish I could edit the names of meeting participants in a single location, and have this populate it all output types.
