I had 4 or more failed attempts and my coins were not returned. I notified customer service. They told me i had no failed attempts and all coins were accounted for. I explained to them at one point I had 4 failed attempts in a row and none of those coins were returned to my account. They sent a new reply saying they only saw evidence of 2 failed attempts instead of 4. They first said their evidence showed I had 0 failed generations and now their evidence has changed its mind from 0 to 2. They still wouldn’t return the coins wrongfully deducted from my account, in violation of their own policy. The way they’ve handled this just shows they are not trustworthy, and that they will lie if they think it will work. I will be making these shady practices known to Apple and The BBB.
