This becomes a huge problem when you ask it to turn a photo into a video and it uses your credits but doesn’t produce a video. Then they’re waisted. So I paid $12.99 to make 3 videos. What a waste of money. Used the same prompts too. I’ve emailed them with screenshots to ask for my credits back. We’ll see what happens.
