I used it to generate pictures but all the filters stopped working and the same filter was applied to every image. I deleted the app and reinstalled it again only to find the ability to generate artwork has been removed. A great app is now virtually useless. **Developer response:** Dear Client, Thank you very much for your thoughtful and encouraging review. We’re truly honored to hear that our app stands out among the many AI art tools you’ve tried, and that you appreciate both the interface and the creative results it delivers. We especially value your suggestion for a Reimagine feature that would allow users to create variations from uploaded images. Feedback like yours helps shape our product roadmap, and we’ve shared your idea with our development team for future consideration. If you have any additional suggestions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us at support@photolab-ai.com We’re grateful for your support and delighted to have you as part of our community. I have the receipts to prove that I have the lifetime free subscription however, after an update, no matter how many times I hit restore nothing happens and it acts like my account does not exist. This has been happening with many lately and quite frankly it’s getting old. I used to love this app very much. I was super excited and I feel like it’s taking forever for them to just fix it. **Developer response:** Dear Client, Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your feedback! Warm Regards, App Developer ### 5/5 — Love it *2026-04-21, version 2.2.1* Great AI app. So easy to use. ### 5/5 — Best app in its class *2025-12-21* I’ve tried many of the AI art generation apps and this is by far my favourite. It has an easy interface but more importantly, it does what it says on the box and it goes well beyond the numbing lot dull photo realism that so many other apps have a preference for. I would love to see a Reimagine function that allowed one to upload an image and create variations of it. Perhaps this might become available at some time. That said, I’m a happy customer. **Developer response:** Dear Client, Thank you very much for your thoughtful and encouraging review. We’re truly honored to hear that our app stands out among the many AI art tools you’ve tried, and that you appreciate both the interface and the creative results it delivers. Best Regards, App Developer ### 5/5 — Love it *2025-12-14, version 2.1.6* Do you love this app very much I just wish it was easier to exit out of this screen when you generate an image other than that, this is a great app ### 1/5 — Appears to possibly be a bait & switch *2025-12-12* This was advertised on App Advice as a free lifetime offer for a limited time. All I had to do is complete the onboard process and then select the lifetime for $0.00 option. Unfortunately no such option exists in the onboarding. I'll be happy to amend my review if I receive further information about how to obtain a lifetime free subscription. I test Al photo software in my work and I was hoping to do so with this product. **Developer response:** Dear Client, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the lifetime free offer. We would like to clarify that the lifetime free access was part of a limited-time promotional campaign available only to a select group of new users. Once the promotion concluded, this option was no longer displayed during the onboarding process. If you need any assistance or would like further clarification regarding the promotion, please feel free to contact us at support@photolab-ai.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and ensure that you have the best possible experience with our app. We truly appreciate your interest in evaluating our AI software and hope to have the opportunity to earn your continued trust.
