As things stand, the app is possibly popular only because of the original free 35,000 credits that so many of us received when we downloaded the app while it was listed as lifetime free on AppAdvice. Now none of us can use those credits cause they’re gone. I have been stuck with nine credits for more than 30 days and the app keeps receiving updates that do nothing to address the issue. The creator seems to be making updates to bury low, but valid reviews. The app had a lifetime option that I managed to select while it was available. Afterwards, the option to create still showed that credits would need to be used for each generated file. There is no way of knowing when the credits will accumulate. There is no in-app FAQ. The prompt is limited to 40-50 characters. No prompts are available to enter when using a photo to initiate the video. A day later and my cache of 35000 plus credits is reduced to 9 despite only having generated 9 images. Similarly, the time limit for downloading videos went down to 9 hours from days. It was supposed to be for a free lifetime version. When I went to "purchase" it, it showed zero cost to me. A couple days later I got an email showing that they charged me $199. I did not agree to this and PayPal will not refund me, nor will Apple. PayPal contacted them to get more information to see if it was worth a refund and whatever they said, denied my claim. I have been talking with this company for months and they know that the system glitched, but they refused to refund my money. I have asked for a direct refund and I am waiting for a response.
