My main issue is the developer is aware of the issue from other users dealing with the same problem, and yet they still have it within the AppStore, claiming it works and charging people for it when they know it doesn't. Oh, and don't worry about trying to contact the dev via the support link within the app, because that doesn't work either. I've already submitted my refund request. This developer bit off more than they could chew and obviously had the main developer leave the project.
