You sign up expecting to actually try the app and its features, but then you discover that many of the functions inside the app require additional coins to use. What exactly is the point of offering a trial if you still have to pay separately to properly test the features? It feels like you’re being charged twice: first through the subscription model, and then again through an in-app coin system. Um die App überhaupt richtig nutzen zu können, musste ich zunächst ein Abo abschließen. Erst nachdem ich bezahlt hatte, stellte sich heraus, dass das Video bzw. Template, mit dem in der Werbung geworben wurde, nirgends zu finden ist. Eine Suchfunktion gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Ich habe wirklich fast eine Stunde damit verbracht, die App zu durchsuchen – ohne Erfolg. Noch ärgerlicher: Trotz bezahltem Abo muss man für die eigentliche Videogenerierung zusätzlich Coins kaufen. Also habe ich erneut bezahlt und schließlich ein anderes Template ausprobiert. Das Video wird inzwischen seit über zwei Stunden generiert und ist immer noch nicht fertig. Unterm Strich habe ich mittlerweile rund 20 € ausgegeben, kein fertiges Video erhalten und konnte vor allem genau das nicht machen, weswegen ich die App überhaupt heruntergeladen habe. Abo + zusätzliche Coins wären schon fragwürdig genug.
