Every single video produced involves real operational costs on our side.
For this reason, we’re currently unable to offer a free trial service. If you were charged immediately, it is likely because you subscribed to a paid plan, as clearly indicated within the app store subscription flow.

Our application does not independently decide to translate text into another language or randomly change what was written. It generates content strictly according to the input it receives. If words are misspelled or appear in another language, this is usually due to how the prompt was structured or interpreted.

However, we’re having difficulty understanding your comment. Our application generates videos, not images. We do not offer an image generation feature, so we cannot provide support for requests related to pictures.
If you were expecting image generation, it’s possible that you may be referring to a different application. Our platform is specifically designed for AI video creation.
Regarding the credits, they are used exclusively for video generation. If you experienced an issue during a video generation process, we would be happy to investigate — but we would need clear details about the request made inside our app.

You get 5 credits per month on the basic subscription. The quality is really poor however, and even if a video fails to generate you still lose a credit. I lost 3 credits to videos that wouldn’t upload. Tried to contact customer services but no response.

This does not depend only on our app — it is simply how AI video generation works in general.
Once a prompt is submitted, the AI generates the video strictly according to the instructions it receives. For this reason, we cannot be responsible for results that depend on user-written prompts, as we do not have control over how they are formulated. If a prompt is too generic or unclear, the output may not match the intended result.
We also want to remind you that every video generation request involves real costs on our side. Each time a user submits a prompt and generates a video, we as developers (like all companies offering AI video services) incur infrastructure, server, and energy costs. Even though we sustain these costs, we cannot control or modify the prompts written by users.
That said, our customer service is absolutely available to help you. Payd the weekly subscription and did 2 videos by text ! I have clearly specified in English language what video to creat .. he did something in elf language from lord of the rings.. not worth the money

At this stage, videos created in the app do not include voice or spoken language. This feature is not yet available, although it may be introduced in future updates.
For this reason, we are unable to understand the concern about the video being generated in an “elf language,” since no audio or spoken dialogue can be produced by the app at the moment.
If the issue relates instead to the visual style appearing too “fantasy-like,” we would be more than happy to help you refine your prompt. Small adjustments in wording can significantly improve the realism and ensure the final result better matches your expectations. 実際入れた時点では無料ですが、作成しようとすると課金画面に切り替わります。課金なしでは生成は出来ないようです。

This app was terrible, add showed it creating great videos, after many attempts at provide clear and simple instructions it kept returning errors that it failed to create the video then i ran out of credits despite paying monthly sub.

I wanted the animation to say a date it kept saying the wrong date but I still had to pay for it.  There’s no support just an email with no auto- response to say how long it will be!

The prompt response is stuck in 2024 and doesn’t follow literal orders. Even if you get ai to write the prompts for you, it purposely doesn’t follow orders so you have to use more credits. It’s purposeful inefficiencies make it a scam
