That is very disappointing and misleading. The main reason for downloading this app was to make videos, so I don’t understand why I have to keep paying again after already purchasing it. I paid for a yearly subscription that includes unlimited credits, yet Vixel charged me three separate times for the annual subscription. When I initially reported the issue, my daily credits were restored to my Vixel account for one day only. It has now been over a week, and my available credits are still showing only 350. I have reported the matter to the appropriate authorities and have also spoken with Apple’s Fraud/Security team regarding the charges. Important: Vixel is a third-party app and is not an Apple-owned or Apple-operated service. I’m sharing this so other users are aware and can carefully review their subscriptions, charges, and account credits.
