Video generation runs on costly servers, which is why most creation requires a plan. If you have questions, reach us at support@rayinformatics.com. ### 1/5 — Not work !! Fake 20 sec…. ### 1/5 — Not Free *2025-02-09* It’s free to download but once you get on the app you have to pay like 3$ and if you can’t buy stuff on your device don’t get it. If I could rate this zero stars I would 1star. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. We've just released a major update: your first video is now free, with optional credit packs only if you need more. It also brings a new generation engine and redesigned screens. Please update and give it another try. If you have any questions, reach us at support@rayinformatics.com. ### 1/5 — Scam and Corruption *2025-01-31* Don’t waste your money. The prompt section “lets you write to generate “ but only generates whatever they already have. If you type anything it will give a wolf howling. It looks good but doesn’t work. **Developer response:** Sorry about this experience, and thanks for taking the time to explain it. We've just released a major update with a completely new generation engine: it turns your prompt or photo into a 5-second 720p clip with sound in about 30 seconds, plus redesigned home, create and gallery screens. Your first video is free, so please update and try it again. If anything doesn't work as expected, write to us at support@rayinformatics.com. ### 1/5 — WHAT A JOKE! *2024-09-22* I'm upset I'm even wasting time riding anything don't waste your time **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience. We strive to provide value to all our users, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to understand what went wrong. Please reach out to us at support@rayinformatics.com so we can address your concerns. ### 5/5 — F *2026-09-19* Naghash **Developer response:** Thank you for the five stars! We're glad you're enjoying AI Video Maker. --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/). User reviews are verbatim App Store reviews.
