The person the ‘image’ has you doesn’t even look like you, not a sister nor a distant cousin. Same hair, different face. The plan was to do the champagne birthday and the image/video was cool, popped the champagne and instead of blowing out the candles on the cake. Was blowing the champagne spray. 🤣 it was funny, however you can’t use it as an ai of self. **Developer response:** Hi Faith0419, we’re sorry the generated character didn’t preserve your likeness as expected, especially when you were creating something for an important birthday moment. I’m so mad i wasted my money on something that has almost nothing in it… I wouldn’t have even downloaded it if their ad hadn’t hyped it up so much and made it out to be what it is not! I ran the template only, 2 times because I couldn’t even get my picture into the template and you say I already spent my credits. Trial period means I try it, get it to work and see if I like it. Simply opening a template or attempting to upload a photo does not consume credits. Since you mentioned that your photo was never successfully added, a personalized generation should not have been submitted or charged. If we confirm that credits were deducted because of a technical issue, or that purchased credits or benefits were not added correctly, we’ll restore them.
