Now I can’t seem to get it to remove the watermark. It finds the video. But then the watermark is still there. I have paid for the app and I’m only using my generated content Please add a feature where we can import our normal videos instead of only Sora links please! About the black screen output: we had a server outage for a few hours, and that’s why the processing failed that day. The issue has been fixed with a server update since. Everything is back to normal now, and video processing is working again. Also, you are not the only one who had this problem. Like you mentioned in your message, we received quite a lot of emails that day from worried customers who couldn’t use the app. Thankfully, the issue was resolved quickly. Please keep in mind that, because of sudden traffic peaks, we may have crashes sometimes. We know it’s frustrating, but it’s a reasonable risk for a service like this, and we’re doing everything we can to minimize it, especially given the thousands of requests we handle and the complexity of processing video generation workflows. We’re working hard every day so everyone can get clean videos. Tried multiple times after buying the app and it would delivered a black screen video.
