It's annoying when I give it a prompt and it doesn't follow the prompt and gives me something completely different yet still takes my money! The video rendered that's not what I prompted, I just throw it away, waste of money! ### 2/5 — Hit or miss and no Plan description *2025-07-03, version 1.4.7* Some AI videos are great. But when it messes up you loose 360 credits. There is no plan descriptions so you have no idea what you get for each plan. Which is why I can’t subscribe to it. I tried another and the video it gave me was all messed up but still cost me 360 credits. I was supposed to have 220 credits remaining but it deleted to zero. I also was supposed to get 1000 more credits a day which never happened. I reached out to developers twice and never heard back. There have been several times when video generation has failed but I’ve still had credits deducted with no refund forthcoming. 2. More than half of videos generated aren’t compliant with the written request even though I’ve got it down to a fine art. (Suggest that you only pay for videos that are saved) 3. Many of the videos are produced in slow motion which is effectively ripping off the customer of their 5 second video. 5 seconds of slo-mo is not 5 seconds in real time. Nice app but why am I constantly bombarded with “purchase more points to continue.” I’ve already paid a weekly fee. I don't know why they fail, if I redo them a second time, with the exact same prompts, then I finally get results! Am I being charged for these fails?
