Included in this update:
- Chats now show a banner to let you know when Chipper is not connected to the internet.
- Better resuming of responses when the network is temporarily poor or not available.
- Minor UI bug fixes.

### 1.2 — 2023-05-30

No more waiting for responses!
Now Chipper's answers start appearing immediately, word by word. You can get the old behavior back by toggling 'Streaming text' off in settings.
