I am paying a monthly fee and it’s giving me an error. Tried everything

Thank you for providing this app both free & ad free. 10⭐️. I hope it remains lifetime free allowing all students access to an efficient & great app. 

At first glance the simplicity & color of the logo doesn’t have the bells & whistles one would be drawn to test this great app. I’m glad I did & I have immediate shared  link to download to all teachers and parents that I know will benefit from it. 

The developer has exceeded my expectations 
By including well documented references.
