海外手机号收不到验证码的问题持续发生。收到一次之后就再也收不到了。联系客服又需要登陆，登陆又要手机号，验证码收不到就没法登陆没法联系客服！我服了。如果技术支持不到那就干脆不要把那些海外区域号显示在那里。如果显示那么就不要搞这么多bug！一个手机号的bug修了一个月还没修好！

325艺术嘉年华上购买了斑马的美术，它的教材要一个单元寄一次。因为我是海外用户，所以当时就问主播可不可以把全年12个月的随才一次性邮寄，主播说可以，但是需要跟客服联系。拍下课程后我就联系了客服，要求他们帮我把随才一次性寄出。回复却是不可以，他们只能一个单元寄一次。原因是系统不支持，而且以后的课程有变化随才也会发生变化。我承诺说如果随才有变化我自己负责，不会麻烦斑马，客服还是说不可以。跟客服沟通了半个多小时，来来回回态度很耐心，答案却都是不可以。无论我怎么要求他们设身处地的替我们海外用户想想，答案都是硬生生的“真的不可以”。到底哪里不可以了，作为用户我这样的要求很过分吗？作为一个公司你们解决问题的方式和能力是不是太有问题了？
