I gave it a 1-star rating because it fails to use English even though it’s preferred language is set for English speakers.   Though it’s set that way it’s still in Chinese.  Also, it is not well defined.  Am I paying $14.98 as one-time fee for my the rest of the life of the app to or for one single individual picture-photo?
