LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or data use, loss of business and/or loss of anticipated savings. AIA’s maximum liability for any damages arising out of the use of AIA+ whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited to the re-supply of the AIA Apps.

The app makes it easy to access everything from Vitality Wellness & Rewards, Individual Protection, and My Pension MPF, to making payments, submitting claims, and finding a panel doctor. You can also stay updated with the latest communication and promotions. With just one click, you can manage it all effortlessly.
