I find frustration in every step of using this app: 1) Face ID login not working, even though I enabled it. 2) Find doctor: If you set two districts across regions for filtering, it failed. 3) Call Doctor, if you click into a particular doctor and go back to the search results, it brings to back to the page before search. 4) Claims history: You cannot view back the invoice file if you taken the photo with the app. 5) You are compulsory-required to reset the login password more frequently than a banking app will do. Even worse, I remember once I am required to update the app and after it I was logged out. I am just speechless. ### 1/5 — Frustrating FaceID Login Experience *2025-02-02, version 5.2.1* I recently downloaded AIA+ with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, primarily due to the FaceID login feature. At first, I was excited about the convenience of logging in with my face. However, every time I attempt to use FaceID, it shows the familiar tick indicating a successful recognition, only to redirect me back to the login page. This cycle repeats endlessly, making it impossible to access my account. I’ve tried various troubleshooting methods, including restarting my phone and updating the app, but nothing seems to solve the issue. It’s disappointing, especially since the app has great potential otherwise. Until this FaceID problem is resolved, I can’t recommend AIA+ for users who rely on quick and easy login methods. Each time I try to sync my health data, I encounter errors or a complete lack of response, which is both inconvenient and disappointing. For example, it is very difficult to get into vitality page, and the whole setup is just so confusing, you don’t know what surveys you have done or qualified to do. There are issues with syncing the steps too. The app is also unbearably slow. I lost all confidence in your company coz you can’t even get a simple app working and user-friendly with the amount of resources your company has. ### 1/5 — Login and password reset failure *2024-11-01, version 5.0.3* Everything time when I was trying to login the apps, it just keep saying that I was input a wrong password and need me to reset my password and the Face ID every single time. If users do not actively check the app, they may miss important reminders — such as the need to submit additional documents — which can lead to delays in processing claims. It is recommended that AIA diversify its notification channels. For example, after collecting relevant information via big data analysis, the system could automatically send notifications to the policyholder's email address or contact them via SMS or phone call.
